Executive Recruiting
Receiving detailed information from the customer
Before the start of the search, we receive the requirements for the candidate and information about the vacancy. Order processing begins with determining the search channels for candidates, the search territory and compiling an ad.
Executive Recruiting
We search for candidates using the Executive Recruiting technology (merging Executive Search and Recruiting). We select candidates according to a detailed profile. We provide reports with search and selection results.
The selection of a candidate consists of 4 stages:
1) resume screening
2) telephone interview
3) personal or online interview
4) checking recommendations
