RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plan, organize and manage all marketing activities and achieve business plan objectives for beer brands in Moldova with the aim to develop a strong, healthy brand and a contending competitive position in the market;
- Ensures the efficient execution of business plans in order to meet future brand expectations and targets;
- Takes part in the development of tactical Sales and Brand Management marketing plans.
- Ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels and functions;
- Supports the development and execution of offline/traditional, digital, and paid social advertising programs for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of marketing;
- Good management skills;
- Knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English languages;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers' wishes;
- Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas;
- Team working skills;
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships development;
- Knowledge of communication with the media;
-The ability to manage and allocate budgets;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with and an understanding of market research;
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time;
- Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
