HR BUSINESS PARNTER, Chisinau (Areas of activity - production and commerce)

Our client, international manufacturing and commercial company, based in Chisinau is looking for the HR Business Partner

Role Purpose:
- Operates as a strategic business partner to develop and deliver the full spectrum of HR service, products and systems that drive business performance and contributes to the realization of the company mission;
- Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units;
- Provide high quality facilitation, capability building & learning strategies and the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partnership with the Heads of Functions to maximize business and individual performance by designing, developing and implementing best HR practice & solutions that meet current and future needs;
- Providing professional, effective and customer focused HR expertise across the company to support the delivery of the company strategy i.e. talent management, succession planning, recruitment, performance management, training and development, reward and recognition;
- Drive the understanding and application of a consistent and fair performance management process across departments/units based on performance competencies and potential;
- Providing guidance and support on all issues ensuring a clear strategy for recruitment and retention.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- University degree (Master's level preferred) in Business Administration, Economics, Commercial, Technical or Social Sciences;
- Knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers' compensation, union relations, and state employment laws;
- Experience in the field of at least 3 years;
- Intermediate English skills;
- Ms Office - proficient user;
- Strong communication, presentation & leadership skills.
