Our client, a clearing company with over 14 years of activity in the European market, is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader in Ukraine and Moldova.

- Ensures the Recruitment Team management and engagement, being responsible for the recruitment team achievement of KPI's on the IT & non-IT business lines;
- Relationship management with employment managers and other relevant stakeholders (Business Partners);
- Monitor the achievement of KPI's both of the team and recruiters;
- Ensuring the team polyvalence and back-up of resources in order to offer continuity in the activity;
- Assigning recruitment projects to team members in an efficient and balanced way in order to maximize the recruitment capacity delivery;
- Maintaining and developing the knowhow of the team members and facilitating best practice sharing within the team;
- Prioritizing with hiring managers and Recruiters the recruitment needs, on a recurrent basis;
- Driving the relationship with business stakeholders in order to reach recruitment targets as per the business objectives.

- Creating and developing an appropriate climate for expression, participation and contribution to the recruitment goals' achievement;
- Motivating the team members in order to reach their professional individual objectives, as well as those of the team;
- Continuous mentoring and coaching on the technical area, as well as in the soft skills area for the team members;
- Career counseling and professional development by involving the team members in different activities and project.

- Experience of at least 5 years in recruitment and at least 1 year in coordinating a recruitment team;
- Experience in a multinational environment / company;
- Advanced English and Russian (B2-C1), French is an advantage;
- Previous experience in leading and coaching a recruitment team throughout the recruitment lifecycle (for example, in the BPO industry, being highly valued);
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt the message to different levels of stakeholders;
- Combined approach to people and results orientation;
- Dynamic and flexible attitude;
