Our client - rapidly growing International Company which provides integrated Functional and Technical IT Support services, recently came on Moldavian market is searching for DB ORACLE DEVELOPER, Chișinău.

- Professional experience of supporting a variety of RDBMS products in an enterprise environment – Oracle;
- Experience in design and management of Oracle database on Linux or Windows, in optimizing database performance, implementing monitoring, testing backup and restore strategies;
- 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Senior Oracle database
- Experience in Oracle 12c, ASM, ZFS Appliance, database monitoring.
- Expert in RMAN backup/restore with optimization;
- 3+ experience with the following Oracle products and options: Oracle
RDBMS Enterprise Edition, Real Application Clusters (RAC);
- Experience with PL/SQL code development and tuning
- Experience with automation and scripting skills using Bash, Perl, Python a strong plus;
- Strong ITIL principles represents a plus;
- Capacity planning for all aspects of a database system (storage, compute, memory, etc.);
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (a background in network
administration or engineering would be helpful);
- MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL certification is a plus;
- Enterprise Database monitoring experience using native tools;
- 3+ years of or RDBMS logical and physical system design;
- 3+ years of database performance tuning, indexing, query optimization, Perfmon;
- 3+ years of SQL and related scripting;
- Good understanding of data privacy and security considerations;
- Experience of working within the public cloud such as Oracle Cloud, AWS or Azure and associated DBaaS technologies such as Remote Database Services or Azure SQL is a plus;
- ETL and Data Warehouse development skills including a very good
understanding and practical application of dimensional modelling
represent a plus;
- Excellent systems architect and design skills represent a plus;
- Fluent English & Romanian (spoken and written);
- Russian (spoken and written) is a plus.

- Perform support activities, verifying the integrity and availability of all
database systems, reviewing system and DB logs and proactively
addresses issues;
- Database administration including installation, configuration, security, troubleshoot/fix problems, backup/restore process, data recovery;
- Identify and lead the setting and exercising of data management
standards and procedures for effective DBMS utilization and security;
- Fulfil ad hoc query and report requests from other departments;
- Responsible for pro-actively keeping on top of security updates and
making recommendations to apply major version upgrades;
- Act as lead for complex problem diagnosis and resolution and perform root cause analysis for service interruption issues;
- Capacity forecasting and planning;
- Handle performance tuning and troubleshoot issues;
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategy;
- Ensure that system design complies with policies, standards, and
- Deliver quality project deliverables in engineering, support and/or
consultation to other teams;
- Develop, display, and maintain metrics for performance or reporting
- Support incidents and perform root cause analysis for service
interruption issues;
- Work closely with other teams on troubleshooting issues as well as
planning requirements for new service;
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting languages;
- Work with diverse technical and non-technical teams, including
Development, QA, IT Operations, Customer Operations and Project
Management teams;
- Act as a point of expertise, advise others in the team on best practice and share knowledge;
- Create and implement change requests as needed;
- Structure, draft and review technical documentation, document
technical requirements and processes for technical and non-technical
