Senior Recruiter(Eng B2)


Our Client — an international transport and logistics company with nearly 30 years of successful development history. Over the years, the company has grown into a major international transport operator with approximately 1,000 trucks operating across Europe and beyond.

Currently, the company is looking to add an Senior Recruiter to their team, someone who will play a vital role in strengthening and expanding their workforce. In this position, you will not only recruit talent for office positions and drivers but also actively develop the employer brand by managing the company’s social media channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively searching for and attracting office employees and drivers through online job boards, social media platforms, and professional communities.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Screening and evaluating applicants to ensure their qualifications align with the company’s requirements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assisting new employees during the onboarding phase, helping them integrate successfully into the team.
  • Keeping detailed records of all recruitment activities and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Participating in additional HR projects to support team objectives.
  • Posting job vacancies and conducting recruitment campaigns on social media, creating engaging and creative content.
  • Managing the company’s recruitment-related social media presence and responding to inquiries from potential candidates.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong command of Romanian and Russian.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to bring innovative ideas.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, either in an agency or an in-house setting.
