The company is currently looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Recruiter to lead the hiring process in retail company. Your task will be to develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure high-quality hiring for stores, offices, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various company divisions.
• Lead a team of recruiters, set goals, monitor KPI performance, and support and develop team members.9
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
• Monitor recruitment effectiveness, prepare reports for management, and analyze metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).

Requirements:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 2+ years in a leadership recruitment role. Retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of modern recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.), experience with high-volume recruitment, team management, and analytics skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment standards.
• English proficiency – at least B2. Russian is a plus.
