Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives through mental wellness? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and speak English fluently, with little to no accent? If so, we want YOU to be part of dedicated team !

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries
• Enter and update customer data in the CRM system
• Evaluate leads and determine their readiness for the next sales stage
• Schedule meetings and consultations with clients
• Meet monthly sales targets
• Make outbound calls to qualified leads (no cold calling)
• Track progress of leads and their movement through the sales stages
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

• Experience in sales for at least 3 years;
• Excellent English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in psychology or coaching will be a plus;
• A genuine desire to help others and a compassionate approach to client interactions;
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Company Offers:

• Salary: $800 + % (with the potential to earn up to $4000 or more);
• Schedule from 4 PM to 1 AM (Monday to Friday);
• Paid training and opportunities for growth in the mental health industry.
