Due to business expansion in the region, the company is announcing an opening for the position of Regional Commercial Head – Caucasus & Central Asia (Apple) .

The Sales Leader B2B (Apple) is a key and strategically important role within the organization. This professional will serve as the main point of contact for key corporate clients and will be responsible for fulfilling partner commitments and driving business development in the assigned region (Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for computer hardware in the corporate B2B segment at a regional level.
  • Manage and motivate local B2B teams to achieve business targets.
  • Analyze the computer hardware market and identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Develop plans to expand the client base and increase market share in the B2B segment.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Organize and optimize the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies based on results.
  • Develop budgets, plan, and control financial performance indicators of the business unit.
  • Prepare regular sales, budget, and strategic KPI reports for top management.
  • Collaborate with and develop relationships with leading global vendors at the regional level.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
  • Proven successful experience in sales of at least 5 years (BDM, Commercial Director, Sales Leader).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong networking abilities.
  • Experience managing and motivating teams located in different countries.
  • Results-driven, analytical mindset, and structured approach to work.
  • Fluent in Russian and English.
