Our client is an International Hospital, which is the first and the biggest multidisciplinary private hospital in the Republic of Moldova, looking for a new team member for the position of Reporting and Financial Controlling Manager, Chisinau

- Main responsible for reporting and for controlling of financial figures and coordination of monthly closing processes;
- Prepares monthly management reports;
- Leads budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Designs, prepares, updates and follows internal processes/procedures;
- Planes and follows-up Opex/Capex strategies in accordance with budget and cash flow projection;
- Controls cost accounts and compares with expected results regarding continuous monitoring;
- Provides support to internal and external auditors;
- Improves roadmaps and related systematic functions;
- Responsible for managing inventory position and reporting.

- University degree in finance, economics, or related studies;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit/inspection;
- Knowledge of IFRS and national accounting standards;
- Knowledge of process-roadmap designing;
- Willingness to work under challenging circumstances and environment;
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities and meet deadlines;
- Self-motivated and result oriented person;
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of English language both oral and writing;
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9.00 - 18.00 (it can be flexible);
