About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer / Team Leader to lead the development of enterprise-level software solutions while providing technical leadership to a team of developers.
This role combines hands-on software engineering with software architecture, mentoring, and technical decision-making. You will play a key role in designing scalable applications built on the latest Microsoft technologies while ensuring the highest standards of quality, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET 10 (ASP.NET Core API / MVC).
• Define software architecture and make key technical decisions.
• Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Ensure proper unit and integration testing.
• Support and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines together with DevOps engineers.
• Evaluate and introduce modern technologies, tools, and development practices to improve engineering efficiency.
• Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of commercial experience with .NET, including experience in a Senior Developer or Team Lead role.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in:
• C#
• .NET / ASP.NET Core
• Web API
• MVC
• Advanced SQL knowledge, including:
• T-SQL
• Query optimization
• Database design
• Hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• PostgreSQL
• REST APIs
• SOAP / WCF
• Git
• Docker
• CI/CD pipelines
• Experience designing and developing microservices.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
• Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
