Our client, a private international hospital with its own laboratory and outpatient services, is expanding their team with a Laboratory Manager in Chișinău.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading a team of biomedical engineers;
• Ensuring the functionality of all medical equipment in the hospital;
• Developing and ensuring compliance with maintenance plans for medical equipment;
• Ensuring the timely resolution of medical equipment malfunctions;
• Participating in the planning, budgeting, and procurement processes for medical equipment;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Residency studies in laboratory medicine;
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field;
• Experience in team management is an advantage;
• Results-oriented with strong organizational skills;
• English language proficiency at least at a moderate level.
