technologies sphere is willing to invite a talented IT Recruiter in their team for the site in Moldova.
Responsibilities: - Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies using multiple techniques that meet business
needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner;
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative search
techniques;
- Screen resumes and interview candidates in person or online to determine fit;
- Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders;
- Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas;
- Promote company brand through Social networks, on different IT events;
- Provide coaching to hiring managers on the interview and hiring processes;
- Being in charge of all recruitment in eastern Europe;
- Manage the onboarding process for newcomers.
Job Requirements: - Extensive technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team – minimum 1
year;
- Excellent research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill
requisitions;
- Studies in HR, IT, sociology, or psychology;
- Solid tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target
companies, conferences, and open-source communities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fluent English – spoken and written is a must.
