Our client, one of the largest manufacturing companies in Moldova, with a long-standing history, due to active development, is announcing an opening for the position of Head of IT Department, Chisinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, development, maintenance and implementation of information systems aimed at solving IT tasks;
- Analysis of business processes with a view to their subsequent automation, development of technical specifications, testing of software, and compilation of analytical reports;
- Reengineering and automation of business processes using 1C:Enterprise configuration objects;
- Provide assistance to user departments of the enterprise in implementing and setting up automated
CRM, ERP systems, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies;
- Creation of front-end and back-end architecture and design of IT systems;
- Organization of information storage;
- Development of reports and processing;
- Writing programs/plugins/scripts in 1C, Java, and others;
- Improve software development process, prevent defects, and identify errors in IT systems operation;
- Team leader - oversee the IT department;
- Organize processing, analysis, and storage of Big Data.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as: 1C, Java, and others;
- Experience in commercial software development;
- Understanding of programming algorithms;
- Technical English language proficiency;
- Knowledge of one of the ERP systems. Knowledge of 1C-ERP is a plus;
- Understanding the foundational principles behind business processes like accounting, manufacturing, warehouse management;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Experience in team management is preferred.
