Our client, a large commercial Moldovan bank with international investments, due of the expansion of activities and the launch of new projects, announces a competition for the position: Head of Ecosystems (relocation to Chisinau)


RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formation of a development strategy for the bank's ecosystem, both within the perimeter of the bank and through partnerships;
- Formation and implementation of the Roadmap for the development and integration of ecosystem elements;
- Management of teams of products and elements of the ecosystem;
- Protection of investments and costs for the development of ecosystem elements;
- Assessment of the quality of the elements of the ecosystem;
- Ensuring the fulfillment of business goals for the bank's digital ecosystem;
- Development of cooperation with partners and suppliers of ecosystem elements;
- Assessment of the quality and product metrics of ecosystem elements;
- Evaluation and development of proposals for the development of ecosystem elements and / or the conclusion of partnerships for the development of ecosystems.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Strategic thinking, planning and team management skills;
- Ability to manage projects both in waterfall technology and in Agile (preferably SCRUM);
- Ability to apply data-driven product development decisions;
- Knowledge and skills of the formation and analysis of product analytics;
- Experience in the implementation of digital banking products;
- Experience in team management, development and creation of digital products and digital marketing (at least 3 years);
- Availability of successfully implemented and functioning digital products (sites, applications, their metrics);
- Experience in performing calculations using the unit economics method;
- Experience and skills in protecting business cases;
- Ability to organize a team and motivate them to successfully complete tasks;
- Good communication skills;
- Result orientation in work;
- Ability to use various collaboration tools;
- Proficient level of Romanian/Russian and English languages.



WORKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
