Finance Operations Manager, Chisinau
Our client is an international IT company, with over 500 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe, is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Finance Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead Finance and HR services and design / oversee implementations of process standards for excellence;
- Contribute to the development of service strategy, business planning and development, seeking for new growth opportunities and monitor its compliance;
- Be accountable and deliver high quality results according to contractual requirements and partner expectations, in terms of KPIs and SLAs;
- Collaboration with foreign partners on activities transfer, pricing model, service levels agreements;
- Continuous communication with partner's management and teams, building strong relationships;
- Manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate operational processes and standards are being used;
- Optimize process and minimize costs involved, look for process optimizations and performance improvements within the managed teams;
- Choose and design best solution to clients' needs, based on detailed analysis and implement best practices from the industry to continuously improve results and increase partner satisfaction;
- Manage the related processes of recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, motivation and talent management;
- Motivate, coach, provide feedback and empower team members in achieving team's results.

Requirements:
- University degree in Business Economics or Finance; HR experience would be a plus;
- MBA, International Professional qualification such as ACCA or similar will be considered a plus;
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in similar role as a Finance Team Leader/Manager;
- In-depth understanding with advanced practical experience in financial sector, financial statistics, accounting principles;
- Telco business awareness or experience, would be an advantage;
- International exposure to external customers and top management;
- Time management skills and ability of multitasking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Very good people management, development and coaching skills;
- Very good presentation, negotiation and third-party management skills;
- Enthusiasm and readiness to meet challenges, proactiveness;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages;
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
