The company is looking for a new team member for the position
Director of Sales and Business Development, Chisinau. The priorities for this role is the abilities a Team management, Leading operations, Business Development and Sales, and Marketing and Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES: This role will oversee the operations of the company and will manage the day-to-day operations of the company while reaching set goals including:
- Attract, develop, mentor, and retain talent in all roles across the company in Moldova;
- Manage a team (currently 4 people, but growing);
- Enforce team culture that facilitates team success, mental well-being and work comfort;
- Enable team to grow company's revenue, including business outreach, executive relationship building, and influencing as a public speaker;
- Elaborate business development strategy, transfer it to action steps and implement throughout a planning cycle;
- Analyze the target markets and identify business opportunities;
- Drive innovation and spot opportunities to enhance or expand service offerings to clients;
- Build a holistic vision of what the customer wants, what the company has to offer, and how to connect the two;
- Synchronize local and central hub teams (product, marketing, finance) to assure reaching the targets for the country;
- Build and optimize systems, tools and standards that lead to efficient and effective company's operations;
- Oversee all of the activities, business & financial operations pertaining to the company's activity on the market;
- Have a strong grasp of financial tracking, annual planning and roadmap scoping exercises to set the team up for success;
- Support vendor and contract management processes;
- Top-level supervision of marketing efforts along with CMO;
- Grow existing client partnerships and drive the development of digital clients' business;
- Support new business efforts;
- Develop good and strong relationship with clients' C-suite, be a trusted partner for them;
- Maintain effective relationships with all XFN partners, internal teams and cross-country management.
REQUIREMENTS: - At least 10 years of experience working in marketing/advertising;
- Leadership experience and track record;
- Proven ability to oversee a team of 5+ employees;
- Experience to work in a fast-paced, agency-like environment;
- Proven ability to foster effective client and vendor relationships;
- Have excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Must be an expert in the digital advertising field;
- Strategic Thinking - be able to envision a long term strategy in order to develop a successful unit, be able to relate to the client's needs and translate them into workable and innovative solutions;
- Have an eye for operational excellence and commercial business mindset to hit targets;
- Extensive network on the Moldovan market among C-suite executives;
- Great attitude and work ethic;
- Strong team player, adept at coaching and supporting others;
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple work demands and pressures, with a higher the average amount of resilience.

- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines, regions and cultures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with an ability to engage with others to achieve positive results
- Solid understanding of digital technologies, trends and the potential of discovery
