Our client - a European company in the field of agricultural business with headquarter in Germany and based in eight country of the world, is looking for Country Manager and Product Development in Republic of Moldova

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain stable relationships with selected distributor, direct supporting company's important customers;
- Looking for new direct customers;
- Participate in marketing strategy planning;
- Professional variety consultancy at clients and officials: giving technical advice for correct and optimal use of SU-products in order to generate demand;
- Initiating and assistance at marketing activities (field days, symposions, distributors managers training);
- Writing and publication of articles in agricultural business reviews;
- Monitor offers, price and discounts;
- Monitor and analyze sales result;
- Achieve sales target;
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting;
- Supervising and evaluating field trials: screening, demo, and official testing;
- Contact to testing units and authorities;
- Identification and development of new SUR-varieties that are adapted to specific market-conditions in Moldova;
- Maintaining the relationship with local breeders and potential research partners;
- Weekly reporting and directly to office in Romania.

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Education in Agriculture;
• Minimum 3 years practice in Seed Business;
• Experience within product marketing area;
• Good personal initiative;
• Good knowledge English language;
• Good command of computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• B Driving license, intensive driving;
• Excellent customer relation skills;
• Passion for sales and target-based performance;
• Positive attitude and good communication skills;
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
• Ability to work well under time pressure.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Salary range: 1200 – 1500 EUR (NET);
