Our client, international manufacturing and trading company with more than 15 years of experience in the Fashion industry is looking for
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR, BALTI. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of the Sales Department;
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of sales managers;
- Calculation and management of the budget and sales plan for the month/quarter/year;
- Control of employee targets and development of incentive program;
- Providing assistance in working with key clients;
- Development of sales scripts;
- Maintaining and developing successful long-term relationships with clients;
- Identification and expansion of sales channels for goods and services;
- Control of accounts receivable, control of compliance with the terms of signed contracts;
- Cost optimization, planning and reporting to the upper management;
- Organization of meetings, presentations, business trips, participation in international industry exhibitions;
- Interaction with structural subdivisions within the company and the head office in Moscow;
- Participation in the implementation of a new CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of Fashion industry;
- Higher education (Economics, International Relations, International Commerce);
- Successful experience in proactive sales, negotiations, product presentation, promotional activities;
- Experience in a managerial position in sales;
- Knowledge of basic principles of international logistics, foreign trade, Incoterms;
- Ability to coordinate the work of the Department;
- Ability to establish communication with clients of different levels and foreign partners;
- Ability to negotiate successfully at all levels;
- Readiness for business trips;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Foreign languages: strong spoken and written English (C1), knowledge of professional terminology;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages and experience in Alibaba marketplace will be important competitive advantages;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to build long-term relationships, result-oriented approach, willingness to multitask.
