COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER (INTERNATIONAL FMCG COMPANY), CHIȘINĂU

Our client, a large international FMCG company, is looking for a new team member for the position of Commercial Controller, Chisinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis and consolidation of TTS (Trade Terms Spend) Forecast for the Future Month (both Distributors TTS and Directly compensated TTDS) in accordance with guidelines for MBP cycle;
- Prepare analysis of actual TTS spend and follow up in close relationship with Sales function;
- Prepare relevant data analytics for validation of Budget compensation;
- Analysis of Sales Performance, ROI, other Sales related KPI's, proposals for cost improvement of Trade Terms, CTA, other costs;
- Calculation of TTS accruals and accruals to actuals analysis. Implementing improvement in accuracy for the process of accruals calculation and estimation;
- Participate in reporting format improvement activities, simplification and constant improvement of controlling process and tools (accuracy, speed, analysis);
- Assistance for preparation and update of Market Business Strategy and Monthly Budget;
- Transfer Price variation tracking and follow up changes;
- Control over Product profitability coordination, product mix impact analysis and proposal for Bottom line improvement;
- Introducing supplier data in the accounting system for purpose of SoD;
- Calculation of P&L and pricing for new products examined for import;
- Supporting team in PEC Closing and Market Reporting process;
- Continuous improvement of analysis of Finance KPI's;
- Credit Controlling and receivables Checking;
- Monthly analysis of Working Capital indicator, proposal for continuous improvement;
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis as required to support decision making process.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent Russian or Romanian and English languages;
- University degree in Finance;
- 2-3 years' experience in Finance&Control or Audit field (international company is an asset);
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards;
- Advance practice and experience with Information Systems: SAP, Excel, Power Point;
- Good analytical skills, accuracy (is a must for Controller), quick learning;
- Good knowledge in international accounting standards and accounting rules.
