Our client, a large international FMCG company, is looking for a new team member for the position of
Commercial Development Manager, Moldova (English fluent) RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consolidate knowledge and analytics of respective channels/customers including: Sales dynamics and channel profitability/ General channel trends regarding shopper and consumer behavior/ Competition in channel;
- Formulate company vision of respective channel, lead channel classification (incl. classification and prioritization of sub-channels) and PoS segmentation;
- Derive segmentation of customers in respective channel based on assessment of size, will/skill for collaboration;
- Collaborate with categories in order to set strategic targets for categories in channels/customers and ensure appropriate translation of these targets in channel plan and customer plans;
- Incorporate SRM approach into in respective channel strategy, track implementation of SRM initiatives;
- Collaborate with categories in order to develop proper promo strategies and guidelines;
- Collaborate with categories and Corporate CDT in order to develop channel-specific solutions incl. good practices/ successful mechanics of promo guidelines and mechanics based on consolidated results of past implementations;
- Carry out systematic control of channel strategy execution (reco pricing implementation, price index vs competition, fair shelf share, overall in-store presence, etc.), provide visibility for sales teams and line manager;
- Coordinate launches of NPDIs, create NPDI selling stories for customers, analyze efficiency of new launches, propose action plan to fix sales and distribution of NPDIs;
- Collaborate with UA Corporate Visibility manager/RU Corporate POSM managers in order to:
*develop and lead "Company perfect store" visualization by channel/customer/format, based on deep shopper and customer insights;
*develop visibility selling stories for channels/TOP customers and catalogues for FSF and presentation materials for sales;
*provide necessary POSM to support in-store activations;
- Lead ICP and MBP cycle.
REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent Romanian and English languages;
- Management experience in a similar position or in FMCG sales - at least 2 years;
- Experience in forming or managing a sales team;
- Ability to make effective decisions and take responsibility;
- Possession of strategic and analytical thinking;
- A high level of self-organization, customer focus and focus on results;
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook programs.
