Our client, one of the largest banks in Moldova with a well-developed infrastructure and a strong reputation in the international financial market, currently is looking for a CIO INFRASTRUCTURE, CHISINAU

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of infrastructure in accordance with business requirements;
- Developing and implementing of data backup and recovery;
- Planning and control of budget execution;
- Optimization of IT infrastructure costs by leading projects on optimization and modernization of IT infrastructure;
- Managing and optimizing databases;
- Development of technical documentation and instructions;
- Team management, such as setting goals, monitoring their prompt and high-quality implementation, motivating
employees, mentoring. Take an active part in the development and training of staff (drawing up a training program).

REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 years of work experience in the field or related area with familiarity with a variety of technology and banking
concepts, practices, procedures and trends;
- Masters or Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or higher technical education, high technical
literacy;
- A solid IT background and consistently keep up-to-date with advancements of the field;
- Fluent Russian or Romanian and English (technical);
- Large scale projects & banking systems integration experience;
- Understanding the principles of development and operation of IT solutions;
- Knowledge of UNIX OS and the entire line of Windows and administration experience of 7 years;
- Knowledge of database principles (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL);
- Knowledge and operation at the professional level of server equipment, building the architecture of the data center;
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL principles such as incident management, problem management, performance & capacity management;
- Knowledge and experience in administering network equipment (hubs, firewalls, enterprise level routers);
- Deep knowledge and experience in the principles of design, construction and operation of SCS, TCP / IP and VPN networks;
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair of server and network equipment at the level of identification and replacement of components and assemblies;
- Knowledge of IT service provider management, possession of basic skills in the field of information security;
- Knowledge of the data center services market, including cloud solutions (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS);
- Experience in developing technical documentation and instructions;
- Practical experience in managing an IT team;
- A strong strategic and business mindset;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Results oriented with superior execution skills;
- Team player - star by knowledge, experience and skills, but not running alone, able to take others to the future and be a role model;
- Innovator and anticipator with the ability to formulate the vision for development of future IT infrastructure strategy of the bank;
- Maturity and seniority to negotiate at all levels of the organization up to the Supervisory Board.
