About position:
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in shaping company's long-term growth and success. Working closely with the CEO, you will provide invaluable insights and support to foster a culture of success, making a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising and Supporting: working closely with the CEO, providing advisory support in matters related to company strategy and operations, representing in important meetings and communications to ensure consistent leadership presence and decision-making alignment;
- Operational Excellence: optimizing the company's operations through business process improvement and organizational structuring, identifying areas for process improvement, and eliminating inefficiencies;
- Strategic Oversight: coordinating and overseeing strategic initiatives across the company to ensure alignment with long-term goals and objectives;
- Departmental Alignment: aligning the goals and objectives of different departments within the organization to foster cohesive decision-making;
- Decision-Making Facilitation: facilitating decision-making processes, preparing decision-making drafts, and creating frameworks to streamline processes;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: fostering strong relationships across all departments, enhancing communication, and synergy;
- Change Management: managing significant changes and transformations within the company, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with long-term objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
- Proven track record with 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in supporting and advising executive leadership;
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (minimum C1); fluency in German is an advantage;
- Demonstrated broad strategic business knowledge, with the ability to think critically;
- Proven expertise in process improvement methodologies, showcasing a track record of implementing successful process enhancements;
- A high level of proactivity, ownership, and a get-stuff-done mentality;
- Strong technical acumen, with proficiency in using various tools and technologies;
- Highly organized, with a meticulous approach to managing tasks, schedules, and information;
- Exceptional attention to tidiness and detail, ensuring a clean and well-organized work environment;
- Proactive and inventive mindset, displaying a willingness to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement creative solutions
