Our client, a Polish manufacturer of flexible packaging for food, hygiene, and consumer goods, with headquarters and production facilities in Poland, is expanding its presence on the Hungarian market and is looking for a Business Development Manager, Hungary.
Responsibilities:
Identify and attract new B2B clients in Hungary;
Manage business relationships with clients from technical industries (packaging, manufacturing);
Negotiate and close commercial contracts;
Conduct regular client visits and product presentations;
Collaborate with the international team (Poland) regarding deliveries, samples, and technical support;
Report on activities and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Legal work permit in Hungary or valid Romanian passport and documents;
Active, results-oriented personality, used to field work and frequent travel;
Minimum 2 years of experience in active B2B sales, preferably in packaging, polymers, printing, or other technical industries;
Proven experience in negotiating with large clients – mandatory;
Willingness to travel frequently across Hungary;
Fluent English or advanced Russian;
Driving license (own car – an advantage).

Base salary: from €1250 gross + sales commission;

Full-time schedule: 08:30–17:00;
