Responsibilities:

• Participation in IT projects to create enterprise-level information systems;
• Creating technical specifications, diagrams;
• Create advanced process flowcharts;
• Work with a designer for creating product prototypes;
• Managing the Product Backlog;
• Working tightly with the development team in sprints;
• Processing tender requests and preparing technical documentation;
• Managing client communication.

Skills and experience:

• Experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years required;
• Higher education in ICT field or a related field;
• Experience in preparing tender documentation required;
• Experience in participating in Agile IT projects required;
• Ability to analyze business requirements and identify possible solutions;
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally as well as externally;
• Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Professional Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) preferred;
• Spoken and written Romanian, English and Russian.
