Our client – a Polish manufacturer of flexible packaging for food, hygiene, and consumer products, with headquarters and production facilities in Poland – is expanding its presence on the Hungarian market and is looking for a motivated and results-oriented: B2B Sales Manager, Hungary
Responsibilities:
Identify and attract new B2B clients in Hungary;
Manage commercial relationships with clients in technical industries (packaging, production, etc.);
Negotiate and conclude contracts;
Conduct regular visits and product presentations;
Collaborate with the international team (Poland) regarding deliveries, samples, and technical support;
Report activities and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Work permit in Hungary or European citizenship and documents;
Active, results-oriented personality, used to fieldwork and business trips;
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in active B2B sales, preferably in packaging, polymers, printing houses, or other technical niches;
Solid experience in negotiating with large clients – mandatory;
Availability for frequent travel across Hungary;
Fluency in Hungarian and English, (Romanian or Russian - would be an advantage);
Driving license (own car – an advantage).
Company Offer:
Collaboration under a civil contract directly with the Polish manufacturer;
Base salary: from 1250 EUR gross + sales commission;
Stable monthly payments directly to your bank account;
Full-time schedule: 08:30–17:00;
