B2B IT SALES MANAGER
Our Client- International Company, IT hub and IT park resident, with over 850 employees, that delivers advanced IT solutions, enhancing a wide range of activities and full cycle development, impacting millions of customers across Europe is looking for B2B IT SALES MANAGER for international markets, Chisinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conducting prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)- only potentianl clients;
  • Participating in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings and build relationships with potential clients;
  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle from first meeting to the successful closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process;
  • Creating compelling proposals and negotiating terms with potential clients to secure new business;
  • Work cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Technical Department.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT field;
  • Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages;
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is required;
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • Self-motivated and able to succeed in a results-driven environment;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
