Our client, a renowned and major manufacturing company in Moldova with a rich history,
is currently seeking an innovative Head of Automation, Chisinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, development, maintenance and implementation of information systems aimed at solving IT tasks;
- Analysis of business processes with a view to their subsequent automation, development of technical specifications, testing of software, and compilation of analytical reports;
- Reengineering and automation of business processes using 1C:Enterprise configuration objects;
- Provide assistance to user departments of the enterprise in implementing and setting up automated CRM, ERP systems, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies;
- Creation of front-end and back-end architecture and design of IT systems;
- Organization of information storage;
- Development of reports and processing;
- Writing programs/plugins/scripts;
- Improve software development process, prevent defects, and identify errors in IT systems operation;
- Team leader - oversee the IT department;

REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher technical education;
- Understanding of the fundamentals of business processes such as production, procurement, sales, and warehouse management;
- Experience in analyzing relevant business processes to improve their efficiency;
- Experience in coordinating process automation requirements and drafting technical specifications;
- Experience in the projects of business processes optimization and automation;
- Experience working with automated ERP systems, preferably 1C ERP;
- Understanding of programming algorithms and Software development life cycle;
- Experience in software development, preferably using 1C language;
- Technical English language proficiency;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Experience in team management is preferred.
