REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English (B2-C1);
- Financial or legal experience will be an advantage;
- Intermediate PC user: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the calendar of appointments, meetings, rooms, events and/or other similar activities for the specified department/unit or director. Coordinating travel/conference arrangements and itineraries. Facilitate and provide set-up and tear-down assistance for meetings, conferences and other special events as required;
- Conduct research and analysis on specified issues as required and independently prepare non-routine letters and/or reports that may be highly sensitive and confidential in nature. Reading contracts and summarizing key points to department heads;
- Tracks budget/expenses;
- Manages relationships and processes linked to office administration, for example: communication with companies that provide office equipment, getting business cards designed, etc;
- Contacts people on behalf of the department heads to schedule meetings, arrangements, phone calls etc.
