Our client, one of the largest retail groups in the Republic of Moldova, operating and managing an extensive network of stores while continuously investing in the modernization and optimization of its business processes, is looking for an AI Project Manager to lead projects focused on analyzing, optimizing, and automating internal business processes through the implementation of AI-driven solutions.

AI Project Manager

• Analyze business processes together with department managers and directors (Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, etc.);
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes using AI technologies;
• Evaluate, prioritize, and plan initiatives based on business impact, implementation complexity, and available resources;
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and implementation plans;
• Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and deployment;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business teams, technical teams, and external vendors;
• Coordinate solution testing and validation together with end users;
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide regular updates to management;
• Oversee the implementation and ensure successful adoption of AI solutions across the organization;
• Evaluate project outcomes and measure the business impact of implemented solutions.

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Experience with digital transformation, automation, AI, or RPA projects;
• Experience in retail, banking, telecommunications, logistics, finance, or other industries with complex operational processes;
• Strong ability to analyze and model business processes;
• Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach;
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
• Proactive attitude, accountability, and strong decision-making skills;
• Fluency in Romanian and Russian;
• Strong interest in modern technologies and the application of Artificial Intelligence in business.
