AGILE IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER, CHIȘINAU
Our client, one of the largest banks in Moldova, boasting a well-developed infrastructure and a strong reputation in the international financial market, currently is looking for an Agile Implementation Manager, Chișinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a change leader in the culture of creation and development of effective teams, a reliable consultant understanding the needs of the business;
- Propose metrics for successful scaling of Agile. Achieve them;
- Manage the work of the transformation team (Agile coaches, Scrum Masters) involving key representatives from business and IT;
- Create a roadmap of activities within Agile implementation;
- Assist the organization in creating conditions for developing the competencies of team members and promoting self-organization;
- Establish a methodological approach to standardizing development processes and product development (determining the necessary level of standardization of processes, artifacts, roles, tools, templates, practices, metrics, etc.);
- Launch product teams and implement Agile practices in their work;
- Facilitate interaction between teams;
- Coach and develop leadership, identify leaders for the role of Scrum Masters within teams, or supplement from outside. Build a meta-team of Scrum Masters;
- Provide product teams with a Helicopter View, namely an analytical perspective from outside on product metrics, goals, backlog;
- Promote changes aimed at improving the efficiency of product teams.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams using agile methodologies, with a background as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach / Release Train Engineer for at least 2 years;
- Ability to formulate a high-level strategy, transform it into a tactical plan, and execute it;
- Strong organizational and managerial skills; mature personal qualities and perseverance;
- Excellent communication skills enabling the teaching of individuals and conveying the value of ideas and practices in a professional manner;
- Deep knowledge of agile approaches, including scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Spotify, Scrum@Scale). Familiarity with the corresponding toolset. Advanced level and above certifications are welcomed;
- Willingness to immerse oneself in the business context of the team or tribe;
- Understanding of software development processes.
