RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducting prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)- only potentianl clients;
Participating in calls, meetings, and presentations to showcase our offerings and build relationships with potential clients;
Overseeing the entire sales cycle from first meeting to the successful closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process;
Creating compelling proposals and negotiating terms with potential clients to secure new business;
Work cross-functionally with SDR, Marketing, and Technical Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in the IT field;
Excellent written, reading, comprehension and verbal, business communication skills in English and Romanian languages;
Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar) is required;
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
Self-motivated and able to succeed in a results-driven environment;
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
